Current Opportunities

INventory Specialist

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Inventory Specialist will oversee MedWish’s inventory system and assist the
operations coordinators with the preparation of humanitarian aid shipments.

JOB TYPE: Hourly, Non-Exempt
SCHEDULE: 36 hours per week | Tuesday – Friday from 8am-5pm | Additional hours may be available/scheduled on occasion
for Saturday sorts and special events.

Volunteer Administrator

Reporting to the Director of Development, the Volunteer Administrator (VA) supports the mission of MedWish through the recruitment, retention, and recognition of volunteers and interns.

JOB TYPE: Hourly, Non-Exempt, Part-time
SCHEDULE: Tuesday-Friday, either 8:00am-2:15pm or 8:45am-3:00pm|Saturdays (2 per month) from
8:30am-12pm | Additional evening/weekend hours on occasion for special events.

Advancement Assistant

Reporting to the Director of Development, the Advancement Assistant (AA) is responsible for all
administrative aspects of development and income financial activities.

JOB TYPE: Hourly, Non-Exempt
SCHEDULE: 25 hours per week | Hours to be completed Tuesday-Friday between 9am-5pm in 6-6.5 hour
shifts | Some nights and weekends based on special events schedule.


Local & Domestic Programs Intern Experience

The purpose of the Local and Domestic Programs Internship is to provide local undergraduate students with valuable work experience in the areas of humanitarian aid, non-profit management, medical science and technology, skill building and medical supply chain management, while serving the specific needs of MedWish staff, as well as the greater global community. This is an unpaid internship opportunity.
