Britta Latz

Britta started her journey at MedWish as a summer intern in 2009 and returned in 2013. She officially joined the MedWish team in November 2015 as the Director of Business Operations. In March 2018, she transitioned into the role of Associate Executive Director. In November 2021, Britta became the Executive Director, overseeing the strategic direction and overall operations of MedWish International. Britta has a Master’s degree in Diplomacy and International Commerce with a focus in international development, a graduate certificate in global health, and a Bachelor’s degree in French and Religious Studies.

Jennifer Buck

Jennifer joined the team in November 2017 as the Inventory Specialist at MedWish. In April 2018, she transitioned into the role of Humanitarian Aid Program Manager, and in 2020 she became Director of Operations. She directs the supply chain and day to day operations of MedWish Medworks, and leads our continuous efforts to improve the operational processes and efficiencies. Jennifer has a Bachelor’s degree from SUNY Stonybrook in Environmental Studies, with a concentration in waste management. Outside of work, Jennifer is an avid hiker, crafter, and reader.

Veronica Minzer

Veronica joined the team in November 2021 as a Navigator at MedWorks. In January of 2023, she transitioned into the role of Navigation Director. She manages our team of navigators who connect our patients and clients to health insurance and community resources to help eliminate the barriers to healthcare. Veronica studied Health Science at Cleveland State University. Outside of work, Veronica has a passion for restoring vintage clothes, traveling, trying new restaurants, and hanging out with her son, Harrison!

Rosemary Pierce

Rosemary has been pivotal to the fundraising efforts of Medworks since 2020 and began supporting the organization as a grant writer to help strengthen organizational relationships in 2021. At MedWish MedWorks, Rosemary now leads the Advancement Team, guiding the organization’s development and growth. With a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction, and more than 25 years of experience in the non-profit sector, Rosemary has cultivated a deep connection to the city of Cleveland and a commitment to driving meaningful change. Outside of work, she enjoys the outdoors, exploring art and music, and following the adventures of her three children.
