In February 2022, MedWish International launched our efforts to respond to critical medical supply shortages and other basic emergency needs resulting from the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine.
Due to the nature of our work and connections with our long-standing recipient organizations in Ukraine, MedWish was able to respond to the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine just days after conflict began.

From CLE to Ukraine
When MedWish, along with Medworks, organized a supply drive in March 2022, streams of people drove in to donate, handing toiletries over to volunteers braving frigid temperatures. The generosity never stopped. Neither did the thank you.
This was not simply disaster relief. MedWish was at work in Ukraine before and will be after the fighting ends. Since February 2022, MedWish has partnered with 20 organizations coordinating nearly 150 shipments in Ukraine.
